What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Currently the products are sent to customers with Royal Mail at a fee of £9. You may also pick up the products by yourself. You will find the shop address on this page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently we accept Paypal MasterCard and Visa. Don’t hesitate to message us if another payments method should be added.

How long will delivery take?

The products are generaly sent with a maximum of 48h after payment, when in stock.
If your order a product in back order then you will be informed as soon as the product is available again for shipping. Please allow the Royal Mail shipping to take another 2 or 3 days, depending the date of shipment (week or week end.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

As you can see, the lock on the URL bar tell you that the web site and all the transactions are securized and crypted. Therefore, your data are fully protected.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as your product is ordered, we are waiting for the payement confirmation. You will receive mails to confirm that the order is in treatment, that the payment was transmitted and that the order is pending. As soon as the product is shipped you will receive the Royal Mail tracking number and you will be able to track the shipment until reception at your delivery address.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The proof or ordering contains all the information about the date of purchase and the value of the product(s). If you need a particular invoice, please contact us.
