REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, it must be returned, AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE, within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. It is highly recommended that a tracked method of delivery with signature upon receipt (e.g. Special Delivery) is used for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. We do not accept liability for missing return parcels.

The item must be in its original packaging, untampered with and UNUSED, in the same condition that it was sent to you.

VERY IMPORTANT: THE LACE MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CUT. Before cutting the lace on a wig, please make sure that it fits and that you are happy with it, as we will not accept any returns of wigs on which the lace has been cut.

If you fail to adhere to these conditions, your return will be refused.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item IN RESELLABLE CONDITION. Postage charges will not be refunded.

If your purchase was paid for by PayPal, due to changes to PayPal’s refund policy, PayPal will not be refunding the fees paid on transactions. Therefore this fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order qualified for free delivery, the amount it actually cost to post the order to you will still be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 7 working days to process your refund upon receipt of the item.

You may also exchange your item for another one, provided it has not been used or altered in any way. If you wish to exchange an in-stock item, no restocking fee will be charged, but we will require you to pay the price difference between both items (if any) plus an additional postage fee to send the exchange item to you.

Custom-made wigs cannot be returned or exchanged. In very rare instances, we will make an exception; however, such returns/exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.
